RETURN OF ADMINISTRATOR <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN <br /> Burnett County <br /> In the circuit court of the county of Burnett <br /> I hereby certify that by virtue of the within warrant I searched the named premises and <br /> found the following described: <br /> August 5, 2009, 9:30 a.m. Arrived at Cycenas property with Tracy Finch (Burnett County Sheriff <br /> Department) and Carl Lippert (Department of Commerce Wastewater Specialist). Found Nancy <br /> Cycenas at the property. I informed Mrs. Cycenas that I was there to determine if the dwelling had <br /> water and sanitary facilities. Nancy Cycenas stated that they had water and sewer at the dwelling. <br /> A drilled well and two plastic manhole covers were observed by dwelling. Plastic manhole covers <br /> appeared to be for some type of sanitary system treatment tanks. Pictures of well and manhole <br /> covers were taken. Nancy and Joe Cycenas invited me in the residence where I informed them <br /> that I had verified well and sanitary facilities and would contact the owner per the tax roll records. <br /> Left a copy of the inspection warrant with Joe and Nancy Cycenas. <br /> Dated this' day of August, 2009, <br /> an gan <br /> Aoning;Administrator <br />
