Reduce the closest point of the deck from 29 feet back to 35 feet (6 feet has to come off the <br /> west corner to make the entire structure 35 feet back from the ordinary high water mark). <br /> 2. The screen porch subject to floodplain compliance -will require a surveyor's certificate. <br /> 3. The existing dwelling height cannot be raised or the screen porch roofline be higher than the <br /> existing dwelling. <br /> 4. There is to be no further expansion vertically or horizontally ever. <br /> 5. This is to be a screen porch only- no walls or windows to be added on. <br /> 6. The existing holding tank must be inspected for structural integrity. <br /> 7. Shoreline mitigation required. <br />
