This property has been zoned residential-recreational <br /> with a access road by Burnett County, Wisconsin. <br /> I am attaching the following documentation; <br /> 1 . The Burnett County zoning approval . <br /> 2 . A copy of the zoning map showing the location of <br /> the proposed driveway. <br /> 3. A copy of an aerial photo with lot 13 highlighed. <br /> 4. A copy of the Union Township map with the area <br /> highlighted. <br /> 5. A copy of the platt map on file with Burnett County <br /> of the Princess Pine Addition. <br /> The rezone permit is for the roadway marked option A. on the <br /> map referred to in item 2 above. I have also shown option <br /> B. on this map. Even though option B. does not access all of <br /> lot 13 I find it more desirable. The reason is because option <br /> B. would be positioned out of view of the river. <br /> I am seeking your approval of both option A. and option B. The <br /> Burnett County zoning office has indicated it may be possible <br /> to vacate option A. for option B.
