There were <br /> several versions and revisions of this drawing, but I believe that this was the one that we submitted for <br /> review by your committee. It is likely that some changes were made, so this"Preliminary should not be f <br /> relied on for lot line information. <br /> Due to the fact that we did not know what was going to done in advance, we could not do much on the <br /> flood plain issues. You will note that we did establish a local benchmark as shown on the "Preliminary" <br /> map. This was done so that we would have a local reference in the event any flood plain issues came up <br /> during the review by you and your committee. In addition our notes state that the bench was set in the <br /> Southwest tree of the red pine plantation.
