Stats.,related to the southwest <br /> and southeast corners of Lot 2 that fall in a marsh. You propose to set witness corners on-line establishing <br /> the east and west boundaries of Lot 2. The south line of Lot 2 are computed locations as they were on an <br /> early plat. <br /> The department agrees with the proposed monumentation and waives strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of s. 236.15 (1)(c) as allowed by s. 236.15 (1)(g).
