inviolable by the Constitution of the United States of America and the patent/treaty/private <br /> contract made pursuant thereto.Further NOTICE is hereby given that the District Court of the <br /> United States for the people of the Western District of Wisconsin is hereby MOTIONED to,at <br /> the earliest possible convenience convey a hearing to make such Injunctive Relief Permanent <br /> PETITION <br /> Comes now Edward Joseph Cycenas,Petitioner/plaintiff/complaintant motioning the court thusly: <br /> 1) Plaintiff has obtained defaults against Defendants with Defendants'admissions of trespass and <br /> violation of rights as earlier put forth in the original complaint filed May 11,2010. <br /> 2) Plaintiff has served,BY MAIL ON May 18,2010,each Defendant,including but not limited to, <br /> James Flanigan,Carl Lippert,David Grindell,and BURNETT COUNTY and the afore mentioned <br /> Defendants have cause and/or participated in acts in furtherance of the Deprivations admitted to and <br /> complained of in the cause of action now before this court by acting in and/or participating in a forum <br /> to extract compliance/money out of this Plaintiff/Petitioner/Complaintant were the forum took on the <br /> appearance of a"motions hearing and trial"but was nothing more that a contrivance to force this <br /> Plaintiff"HIRE A LICENSED PLUMBER"who (of course)would fall under their commercial <br /> regulations having availed himself of a privilege,all this for the purpose of nullifying the real <br /> gravamen of the trespasses/deprivations committed by the Defendants. <br />
