The land is located at 5051 <br /> County Rd A,or pt. NW/NE sec 29,T4ON R15W. <br /> Since 2003, Federal and state laws require landowners _ a <br /> to obtain permit coverage where land disturbance is `" <br /> greater than or equal to one acre. Municipalities and <br /> landowners who disturb more than an acre in <br /> Wisconsin need to obtain permit coverage from DNR. <br /> You can read more about Wisconsin's Storm Water Program at <br /> https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/Stormwater. <br /> According to land records you acquired the property in 2021. Aerial photography from 2020 shows a <br /> vegetated area. Sometime between 2020 and 2023 the site (approximately 3 acres) was graded, <br /> vegetation removed and a storage building was constructed without storm water permit coverage. You <br /> applied for and received a Conditional Use Permit from Burnett County Land Services on October 28, <br /> 2021 for a "mini storage rental building or storage rental building." <br /> Please submit a completed after-the-fact application for construction site permit coverage to the Dept. <br /> no later than May 31, 2024 in order to avoid further enforcement action.
