Attached is my Notice of Noncompliance that went out certified mail today. I don't ask for citations on the <br /> first offense; he's had several permitted projects with me now and has failed to apply for permit coverage on one before <br /> so this isn't his first rodeo; he knows he needs coverage. There's no environmental damage on this one but I do think <br /> it's important that we send the right message about unpermitted projects. <br /> Any questions feel free to contact me.
