Stats.,related to the <br /> monumentation at the northeast corner of Lot 1 that is occupied by an electric pedestal. Witness corners <br /> have been set online southeast of the true corner that establish the east line of Lot 1. There is an existing <br /> monument along the right of way adjoining the proposed CSM that establishes the north line of Lot 1. <br /> The department agrees with the proposed monumentation and waives strict compliance with the <br /> requirements of s. 236.15 (1)(c)as allowed by s. 236.15 (1)(g). Strict compliance with s. 236.15 (1)(c) <br /> would be unduly difficult. <br /> We suggest that you note on the CSM that this waiver has been granted.
