ORDER AND DETERMINATION <br /> THE REQUESTED VARIANCE IS GRANTED, HOWEVER, THE APPROVAL IS SUBJECT <br /> TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS/EXCEPTIONS: <br /> With the following condition(s): <br /> 1- Parcel is enrolled in the shoreline incentive program, shoreline shall continue to follow those standards. <br /> 2- Driveway to be cleared to a width of 20 feet and a height of 13 feet by 11/1/2024. <br /> 3- Land use permit for the deck to be obtained prior to construction. <br /> 4- Proper erosion control and storm water runoff controls to be in place. <br /> 5- Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 6- Deck to be 27 ft x 12 ft (remove 10 ft from the north side-see the map that was submitted as part of the <br /> request and allow 6 ft wide along the south side of the house). <br /> THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IS DIRECTED TO ISSUE A LAND USE PERMIT INCORPORATING THESE <br /> CONDITIONS. <br /> ANY PRIVILEGE GRANTED BY THIS DECISION MUST BE EXERCISED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE DATE OF <br /> THIS DECISION BY OBTAINING THE NECESSARY BUILDING, LAND USE AND OTHER PERMITS FOR THE <br /> PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. THIS PERIOD WILL BE EXTENDED IF THIS DECISION IS STAYED BY THE <br /> ORDER OF ANY COURT OF OPERATION OF LAW. <br /> THIS DECISION MAY BE APPEALED BY FILING AN ACTION IN CERTIORARI IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THIS <br /> COUNTY WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF FILING OF THE DECISION.
