Unfortunately with it not meeting the wetland <br /> setback it can't be rebuilt. You could expand it by 25%(no closer to the lake and no closer to the wetland) and you could <br /> only replace 50%of the existing structural components. If you move the structure it would need to meet all current <br /> setbacks, 75 ft from lake,40 ft from wetland, and 10 ft from the north lot line. <br /> 1 <br />
