Going over to the property it <br /> looks like it is about 10'from the wetland, my assessment. The <br /> current one is 7'x8'. <br /> 1. Is the location grandfathered in if it is replaced ? <br /> 2. Can they have it built to 10'x12', no closer to the wetland GIS <br /> marking? <br /> 3.
