Visual inspection will show that the bank is steep and access to the water is a bit <br /> treacherous where there are no stairs. <br /> • When I add the new lower flight of stairs, I will also rebuild the other two original flights. And when I do <br /> this, I will change the angle of the lowest existing flight such that instead of dog-legging southward, it <br /> will continue in line with the flight above it. <br /> *As directed, both septic tank lids are now secured with lock and chain. <br />
