(I wasn't aware I needed a permit to do this.) <br /> • As long as I'm turning in a Land Use Permit Request for the flight of stairs I added at the top during <br /> Covid, I am also proposing adding another flight to the lower end of the stairs, with a 3' x 3' landing at <br /> the bottom. Visual inspection will show that the bank is steep and access to the water is a bit <br /> treacherous where there are no stairs. <br /> • When I add the new lower flight of stairs, I will also rebuild the other two original flights. And when I do <br /> this, I will change the angle of the lowest existing flight such that instead of dog-legging southward, it <br /> will continue in line with the flight above it. <br /> *As directed, both septic tank lids are now secured with lock and chain. <br />
