Rd. <br /> Webster, WI 54893 <br /> Dear Mr. Meeds: <br /> At the May 5, 1992 Zoning Committee Meeting, I discussed your "garage" permit <br /> and your use of the property as commercial/manufacturing. <br /> The Committee, with direction from the Burnett County Corporation Council, <br /> agreed the commercial use of the property is not permitted. The garage issued <br /> as an accessory structure must be used as a accessory/storage building for the <br /> agricultural/residential use only. <br /> If you wish to request a rezone to another zoning district, such as commercial <br /> or industrial, applications are available at our office. A rezone requires a <br /> public hearing and approval by the full County Board. <br /> We previously discussed the problem with the junk cars and other scrap. You had <br /> indicated you were going to have the cars and other scrap hauled away, but I <br /> find the junk autos still located on the property. <br /> Please be advised that salvage material is not allowed on that property.
