As discussed on the phone <br /> we are going to move the cabin back so that we will be in compliance with the 75' "setback" <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. The cabin will be moved back a minimum of 22' and we have staked the <br /> back of cabin site accordingly. <br /> 2. We will be adding a full basement(underneath the cabin)with a"walkout" <br /> to the front. <br /> 3. We plan to add a deck to the cabin that will be in compliance with the <br /> setback requirements. (note attachment) <br /> 4.
