STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were no <br /> public comments. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Chuck Anderson, seconded by Supervisor Shimanski. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MAY 7, 2024, MEETING Motion to approve the <br /> minutes of the May 7, 2024, meeting was made by Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson, seconded <br /> by Supervisor Blomberg. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on April <br /> 24 and May 1, 2024. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-24-08 — FOELLER Public notice is hereby given to <br /> all persons in the Town of Meenon, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Xavier Foeller has made an <br /> application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of <br /> Ordinances to allow outside storage of up to 600 boats on only that portion of the parcel with tax <br /> id: 12342 that is currently zoned for Commercial use, in the C-1 zoning district, Lot 1 CSM Vol. <br /> 10 Pg. 20, in the NW 1/4 of the SW 'A, Section 33,T39N, R16W. <br /> Xavier Foeller has requested to have outdoor storage for approximately 600 boats. The boats <br /> would be shrink-wrapped. <br /> Chairman Conroy questioned if there will be fencing around the facility. Chris Sybers, a <br /> neighbor to the property,has requested fencing on the property line. <br />
