The sizes are 45 feet x 96 feet and the <br /> second one is 30 feet x 180 feet. <br /> Chairman Conroy recommended reading the Town of Oakland recommendations since they were <br /> not in the packet. <br /> Mr. Towne read the Town of Oakland recommendations as follows: <br /> 1. Allow construction of two (2), similar-sized mini-warehouse buildings. <br /> 2. No outdoor storage. <br /> 3. Final expansion: Maximum number of storage buildings on parcel Not to Exceed(NTE) <br /> three(3). <br /> 4. Distance between buildings to allow/ensure a minimum of 60' turnaround space for <br /> emergency services vehicles. <br /> 5. Minimum 90' setback from all property lines and roads. <br /> 6. Security: Use Dark Sky lighting to direct light downward-to reduce light pollution. <br /> 7. Hours of operation: 0600-2300.No access 2300-0600. <br /> 8. If County LUIC recommendation is inconsistent with Oakland Town Board <br /> recommendation/conditions, CUP will be sent back to Oakland for review and approval. <br /> Mr. Hopkins answered committee questions. <br /> Committee discussion included setback, posted hours, downward lighting and maintaining <br /> existing screening along the roadside. <br /> Public hearing open. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> Mr. Towne reviewed the committee suggestions of posting hours of operation from 6:00 a.m. to <br /> 11:00 p.m., maintaining a 90-foot setback, downward lighting, maintain existing <br /> screening/vegetation along the road, and maintain 60 foot turnaround at the access point for <br /> emergency vehicle purposes. <br /> Burnett County Staff Report Item — If considering approval then the following item(s) may be <br /> included in the motion; these are part of the guidelines from the staff: <br /> 1. No outside storage allowed. <br /> 2. Land Use Permits to be obtained for each building prior to construction. <br /> 3. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> Motion to approve Conditional Use Permit#CUP-24-13 —Premier Materials, LLC and to include <br /> staff recommendations including posting hours of operations 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., maintain <br /> 90 feet for the road setback, downward lighting, maintain existing vegetative screening along the <br /> road, maintain 60 foot turnaround at the end of the access for emergency vehicle purposes was <br /> made by Supervisor Shimanski, seconded by Supervisor Moyer.
