Allow construction of two (2), similar-sized mini-warehouse buildings. <br /> 2. No outdoor storage. <br /> 3. Final expansion: Maximum number of storage buildings on parcel Not to Exceed(NTE) <br /> three(3). <br /> 4. Distance between buildings to allow/ensure a minimum of 60' turnaround space for <br /> emergency services vehicles. <br /> 5. Minimum 90' setback from all property lines and roads. <br /> 6. Security: Use Dark Sky lighting to direct light downward-to reduce light pollution. <br /> 7. Hours of operation: 0600-2300.No access 2300-0600. <br /> 8.
