Please keep the WDNR's Real Estate Program involved and consult with them, as necessary(Nikki Flamang <br /> cc'd in this email). <br /> HDD and frac-out: During the HDD operation, please monitor the bore path across sensitive resources for inadvertent <br /> frac-outs. Please make sure the contractor has appropriate materials on site to contain and clean up a frac-out in <br /> wetlands and waterways if one should occur and ensure to alert the DNR immediately. <br /> DNR Notification: It is a requirement of the GP3 to notify the DNR before starting the project and to submit photographs <br /> within two weeks of project completion. A simple email with the estimated date of commencement, sent to me, will <br /> suffice as the start notification.
