Motion carried, roll call vote. <br /> MAP AMENDMENT #MAP-24-08 — HEIDEMAN To rezone the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 except <br /> CSM Vol. 24 Pg. 341, Section 26, T40N, R14W located in the Town of Scott, parcel with <br /> address 1715 Old A Rd, from RR-3 (Residential-Recreation) to A-2 (Agricultural-Residential) <br /> zoning district. Zoning change requested by Robert Heideman. <br /> Details of the proposed revision are available at the Burnett County Land Services Department, <br /> the Burnett County Clerk's Office, and on the Burnett County website at <br /> http://burnettcountywi.gov/1108/Zoning-Divi s ion. <br /> Robert Heideman stated he wants to rezone to A-3 to be able to have all 35 acres for maple syrup <br /> production and potential livestock farming. Mr. Heideman currently has chickens. <br /> Mr. Towne explained he could rezone to A-2 and be able to do maple syrup and have livestock. <br /> He explained he changed the request to A-2 because A-3 does not exist. <br /> Public hearing open. <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Public hearing closed. <br /> The Town of Scott sent a letter in approval of this request. <br />
