For lots that exceed 15%impervious surface area.the county - <br /> shall issue a land-use permit that requires mitigation <br /> annroved by the county and implemented by the property <br /> owner by the date specified in the permit. <br /> 2. Owners may choose option(s) from the mitigation table in Return to: Burnett County Land Services Dept. <br /> the Burnett County Shoreland Code of Ordinance which 7410 County Road K,#120 <br /> have been approved by the County Board and WI DNR.
