A copy of the inspection warrant was provided to Kelly Lowell Jr. <br /> Mr. Spaight made contact with the individual in the camper and accompanied him to the <br /> manufactured home. <br /> Mr. Spaight made contact with the individual in the shed type structure and accompanied him <br /> to the manufactured home. <br /> The four people on the parcel consisted of: <br /> Kelly Lowell Jr (living in the manufactured home) <br /> Mike Sr (Mike Sr. is living in the camping unit) (unknown last name—father of Mike Jr.) <br /> Mike Jr (Mike Jr. is living in the shed type structure) (unknown last name—son of Mike Sr.) <br /> An unknown female (living in the manufactured home) <br /> Mr. Brugman stayed in the manufactured home with the four individuals.
