STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON There were no <br /> public comments. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Shimanski, seconded by Supervisor Moyer. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 3, 2024, MEETING Motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the September 3, 2024, was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Shimanski. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> Supervisor Karen Laqua Anderson stated she would like an amendment to the minutes by adding <br /> maintain screening as discussed in the September 3, 2024, meeting during the review of the <br /> landscape/screening plan for CUP-24-12. Motion to amend the minutes of the September 3, <br /> 2024, meeting by adding "maintain screening" was made by Karen Laqua Anderson, seconded <br /> by Supervisor Blomberg. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on August <br /> 28 and September 4, 2024. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-24-21 — 3 BROTHERS LAND MANAGEMENT, <br /> LLC Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Lincoln, Burnett County, <br /> Wisconsin, that Nick Hughes on behalf of 3 Brothers Land Management, LLC has made an <br /> application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and <br /> Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to develop a sand and gravel pit/mine on the parcel <br />
