This violation occurred on your property with <br /> site address: 5051 County Rd A, Webster WI 54893. This is for the sign on the east side of the <br /> building. The specific code you are being cited for is as follows: <br /> • Section 30-525(b)(5)c: The total area of all building signs on any face shall not exceed <br /> ten percent of the area of the facade, including wall and window, with a maximum <br /> allowable sign area of 80 square feet per face... <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back. If you pay <br /> the citation, your appearance is not necessary. <br /> The payment of the forfeiture does not eliminate the need to comply with the terms of the <br /> Ordinance.
