STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT BURNETT COUNTY <br /> COUNTY OF BURNETT, ORDER <br /> PLAINTIFF, <br /> V. <br /> CASE NO.23 FO 229 <br /> RUSSELL W. LINDBOM, <br /> DEFENDANT, <br /> COMES NOW, the County of Burnett, through its attorney, David L. GrindeIl, <br /> Corporation Counsel, and the defendant, Russell W. Lindbom, with a resident address of <br /> 27930 N Point Rd., Webster, WI, along with this matter having been set for hearing <br /> November 15, 2023, for issuance of a citation regarding Burnett County Ordinance, <br /> Section 45-386; camper on parcel more than 30 days, without a permit, and the parties <br /> now having reached an agreement, it is now therefore agreed through stipulation to the <br /> court as follows; <br /> 1. That this citation was written in violation of Burnett County <br /> Ordinance according to Section 45-386, at the address of 27930 N <br /> Point Rd., Webster, WI,and <br /> 2. That according to the Burnett County Zoning Administrator, the <br /> matter has been resolved and an agreement was entered into whereby <br /> the Defendant will enter a plea of no contest to the charge and pay <br /> court cost of $114.50, within sixty (60) days from the date of this <br /> judgment, and <br /> 3. That the Defendant will not violate said ordinance and agrees to <br /> follow all requirements related to this issue in the future on said parcel <br /> at 27930 N Point Rd., Webster, Wt. <br /> DAVID L.
