This violation occurred on your property with <br /> address 27997 Sand Lake Rd, Webster. The specific code you are being cited for is as follows: <br /> • Section 45-212: To protect water quality,fish and wildlife habitat and natural scenic <br /> beauty, and to promote preservation and restoration of native vegetation, the county <br /> ordinance shall designate land that extends from the ordinary high water mark to 35 <br /> feet inland as a vegetative buffer zone and prohibit removal of vegetation in the <br /> vegetative buffer zone. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower left <br /> of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
