STAT. 19.84 OPEN MEETINGS LAW <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS - THREE MINUTE TIME LIMIT PER PERSON Lee Moyer and <br /> Duke Tucker made public comment concerning the overreach of government control in zoning <br /> laws. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA ORDER Motion to approve the agenda order was made by <br /> Supervisor Tucker, seconded by Supervisor Chuck Anderson. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 1, 2024, MEETING Motion to approve <br /> the minutes of the October 1, 2024, meeting was made by Supervisor Blomberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Shimanski. Chairman Conroy requested a correction be made in the order and <br /> language of motions made to CUP-24-21's denial to reflect a clear understanding of the original <br /> motion and amendment sequence. Motion carried, voice vote. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING County Surveyor/Land Information Director/Zoning Administrator Jason <br /> Towne read the Notice of Public Hearing as published in the Burnett County Sentinel on October <br /> 2 and 9, 2024. <br /> BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-24-23 — STEDT Public notice is hereby given to all <br /> persons in the Town of Meenon, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Michael and Kathleen Stedt <br /> have made an application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land <br /> Use and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to allow a camping unit for up to three (3) <br /> years on the parcel located at 25132 Clam Shell Ln, in the RR-1 zoning district, parcel in <br /> Government Lot 4, Section 35, T39N,R16W. <br /> Mr. Towne stated the applicant sent an email to rescind their application. <br />
