Under chapter 97.605 of DATCP (1)(a) "No person <br /> may conduct,maintain,manage or operate a hotel,tourist rooming house,vending machine commissary or <br /> vending machine if the person has not been issued an annual license by the department or by a local health <br /> department that is granted agent status under s.97.615(2)." <br /> DATCP can be contacted at 608-224-4923 or datcpdfslicensinp@wisconsin.gov <br /> Additionally,the sanitary system is only sized for 6 people,yet it is being advertised for 10 people.You <br /> are unable to advertise for more than the amount of people the septic system is sized for. <br /> I have included a license application that you must submit by 4/1/2024 if you intend to continue renting <br /> the property on a short-term basis. <br /> If you have questions please contact our department.
