SHORELAND RESTORATION/PRESERVATION <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Dorothy W. Greig, owns real estate within Burnett <br /> County that is subject to the Burnett County Shoreland <br /> Regulations, and WHEREAS, in order to secure a Land Use <br /> Permit for a structure with a nonconforming shoreland setback or <br /> Land Use Permit issued for structures under s. 59.692 (lv), <br /> Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the owner hereby agrees to preserve or <br /> provide all shoreline buffer restoration as required by Burnett <br /> County Land Use Ordinance in order to restore and/or maintain <br /> the real estate to comply with the Burnett County Shoreland <br /> Buffer Design Standards. <br /> The owner hereby agrees that at all times in the future, the real Return to: Burnett County Zoning Office <br /> estate subject to this Agreement shall comply with all shoreland 7410 County Road K,#102 <br /> vegetative buffer requirements of the Burnett County Siren,WI 54872 <br /> Shoreland/Land Use Ordinance in effect at the time of signing of <br /> this document. The owner further agrees to allow authorized <br /> representatives of the Governmental Unit to enter onto the Tax Parcel Number: 020-9050-02-100 <br /> owner's property at the following description to inspect the <br /> structure(s) authorized by Land Use Permit to determine if the shoreland vegetative buffer as approved by the Land and <br /> Water Conservation Department has been established, restored, enhanced and/or preserved. This Agreement shall be <br /> considered a Restrictive Covenant upon the real estate and it shall run with the land and shall be binding upon all future <br /> owners,heirs or assigns. Violation of this Covenant will authorize, in addition to other penalties and relief required under <br /> the Burnett County Land Ordinance, injunctive relief and restoration of said real estate. <br /> Legal Description of Property: Falk's Subdivision of Love Lake, CSM V. 6, P. 296 (Part of Lots 10-13), Township <br /> 40 North,Range 16 West,Town of Oakland. <br /> Dated this day of <br /> �v <br /> (Owner) orot y W.
