A Department electronic stamp and <br /> signature shall be on the plans which are used at the job site for construction. <br /> The following conditions shall be met during construction or installation and prior to occupancy or use: <br /> • This system is to be constructed and located in accordance with the enclosed approved plans and with the"In-ground Soil <br /> Absorption Component Manual for Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems-Version 2.1"(May 2022-2027) <br /> • Building sewer shall be insulated according to SPS 382.30(11)(c) <br /> • This approval is for DOMESTIC WASTEWATER only. Discharge of any processed water,industrial byproducts or hazardous <br /> substances is prohibited. <br /> • Floats must be approved for less then 3 inches. <br /> OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> • The current owner,and each subsequent owner,shall receive a copy of this letter including instructions relating to proper use <br /> and maintenance of the system. Owners shall receive a copy of the appropriate operation and maintenance manual and/or <br /> owner's manual for the POWTS described in this approval and Wis.Admin.Code§ SPS 383.54(1). <br /> • in the event this soil absorption system or any of its component parts malfunctions so as to create a health hazard,the property <br /> owner must follow the contingency plan as described in the approved plans. <br />
