c�kAL Q` BURNETT COUNTY <br /> LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br /> Z 7410 County Road K,#120 <br /> Siren,WI 54872 <br /> Telephone: (715)349-2109 <br /> landservices�bumettcountmi-gov <br /> www.bumettcountMi.gov <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION <br /> January 27, 2025 <br /> Erik& Deanna McBeath <br /> 15851 Ravenna Trl <br /> Hastings, MN 55033 <br /> 1 am writing to notify you of a violation for the Short-Term Rental of your property at 1951 County Rd A in Spooner, W1. <br /> Under Section 30-455 of the Burnett County Code of Ordinances "Any person who maintains,manages,or operates a short- <br /> term rental,as defined in Wis.Stats. 66.0615(1)(dk),for more than ten nights each year shall obtain a Short-Term Rental License <br /> from the county." <br /> This requires you to obtain a county license number, by filling out the attached Short-Term Rental License Application <br /> and turning it in to Burnett County Land Services. <br /> Additionally,your sanitary system is only sized for 4 people,yet it is being advertised for 10 people.You are only able <br /> to advertise for the amount of people that the septic system is designed for. <br /> I have attached our most recent Short-Term Rental License Application. Please submit this to the Burnett County Land <br /> Services office by 4/15/2025 with a payment of$300 and an updated copy of your rental guidelines and copy of your <br /> state license. <br /> c. State license, as defined in State Statute 97.01(15k),shall be obtained and presented to the Land Services <br /> Department prior to obtaining county license. Contact the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture, Trade and <br /> Consumer Protection for state licensing details. Phone:608-2244923 <br /> k. Applicant shall provide a document that outlines rental guidelines. Items to be included in the rental <br /> guidelines are:occupancy limit,parking requirements, garbage collection/service, local contact name with <br /> phone number, emergency contact information(911,police,fire, etc), state license#with state contact <br /> information, county contact information and a blank area for the county license number. <br /> If you have any questions please contact our office.
