Stats. 66.0615(1)(dk),for more than ten nights each year shall obtain a Short- <br /> Term Rental License from the county." <br /> This requires you to obtain a county license number, by filling out the attached Short-Term Rental application and <br /> turning it in to Burnett County Land Services. <br /> Since you have been renting in 2024,the fee will be$300. If you wish to continue renting in 2025,then a $150 renewal <br /> fee will need to be included. I have included a Short-Term Rental License application that you must submit by <br /> 02/28/2025 if you intend to continue renting the property on a short-term basis. <br /> If we do not hear from you by this date a citation can follow if proper permittinig is not done <br /> If you have questions, feel free to contact our department.
