Since this was constructed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by January 30, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 times <br /> the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $200.00 for an addition to dwelling and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact <br /> permitting is $400.00. Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application.
