Land Use Permit <br /> Bob Warnke, Rice Creek Haven LLC <br /> 26510 Logan Lane, Spooner <br /> This is an attachment to and a follow-up to the permit, attached and submitted 1/24/25. <br /> That permit was submitted and approved for adding a porch to an existing structure. When <br /> Kallie Gunderson was at the location for its review, I happened to be there and asked if she <br /> had any questions, which she said everything looked ok, setbacks etc., were not an issue. <br /> The required extra details and another permit was not mentioned. <br /> The attached new permit applications are in reference to her note #3, requiring a permit <br /> for two sheds by 4/1/25. <br /> 1 was unaware that an Old Hickory, portable storage shed of 180 sq. ft. from Hayward Wi. <br /> and the three-sided wood storage shed we moved in from a neighbor required a permit. <br /> Both are within 60 yards of the permitted building, neither within 1000 yards of a border of <br /> the 93-acre property lines or visible from any neighbor. <br /> I do not see an applicable structure type for either unit in your form.The form notes to <br /> check applicable"boxes"so I have double checked on one form and submitted per Kallie's <br /> request, along with the Burnett County Required payment. <br />
