BURNETT COUNTY <br /> LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br /> 7410 County Road K,#120 <br /> Siren,WI 54872 <br /> Telephone: (715)349-2109 <br /> landservices(a-,bumettcount wi og_v <br /> www.burnettcount Ei.gov <br /> NOTICE OF LAND USE VIOLATION <br /> December 3, 2024 <br /> Timothy Anderson <br /> PO Box 172 <br /> Danbury, WI 54830 <br /> Hello, <br /> I am writing to notify you of a violation of Burnett County Ordinances that has occurred on your <br /> property at 28886 W Yellow River Road Danbury, WI. <br /> It would appear that an addition to an accessory structure has been constructed on this property without <br /> a Land Use Permit from the county zoning office, as required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for after-the-fact <br /> permitting. If a permit is submitted by January 30, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $150.00 and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. <br /> Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application.
