Specifically, I am writing to address the applicability of the Zoning Code (the "Code") of Burnett County, <br /> Wisconsin (the"County")to the Parks. <br /> This letter is intended to serve as a "zoning letter" upon which Enjoy may rely.Additionally,this letter shall serve as <br /> a reliance or comfort letter for Enjoy's lenders, investors, partners, successors, and assigns. As the Zoning <br /> Administrator, I am the appropriate representative for the County as it pertains to the validity of the statements <br /> herein. <br /> 1. The Parks are zoned RR1 (tax id: 14524) (Residential Recreation District#1) & RR3 (tax id: 36493) (Residential <br /> Recreation District#3). The Parks' use as manufactured home parks in these zoning districts are allowed as a <br /> legal conditionally permitted use. <br /> 2. Routine maintenance, repair, and operation of the Parks does not trigger the expansion or modification <br /> provisions of the County Code. <br /> 3. A manufactured home can be placed on any existing lot in the Parks in the event one becomes vacant, when <br /> placed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. <br /> 4. The County Code does not restrict the size or age of manufactured homes that may be present in the Parks or <br /> moved into the Parks. <br /> 5. The County Code does not impose any specific requirements/restrictions as it pertains to the footings/pads <br /> under the manufactured homes, except that the setting of manufactured homes must be conducted in <br /> accordance with state and federal law and the manufacturer's specifications. <br /> 6.
