It would appear that an addition/alteration <br /> to the dwelling is being done without a land use permit as required under section 30-658 of our <br /> ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by February 28th, 2023 we can reduce it <br /> to 2 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be $200.00 for a dwelling addition/alteration and the rate for 2 times <br /> for after-the-fact permitting is $400.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
