It would appear that a storage structure has been constructed/placed on this <br /> property without land use permits from the county zoning office. As required under section 30-658 of our <br /> ordinances, a land use permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for after-the- <br /> fact permitting. If permits are submitted by August 1, 2023 we can reduce it to 2 times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 times for <br /> after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
