We recommend that you contact the Uniform Dwelling Code Inspector to know what requirements they <br /> have for a bunkhouse. An Accessory Structure Bunkhouse Agreement will need to be signed in the presence of a notary and <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds office, accompanied with a $30 fee.
