It would appear that a pipe is discharging something into Devils Lake, so <br /> much so that the lake ice is melting in the area of the discharge. <br /> I would like to meet you at the site sometime to verify the source of the discharge. He states it is discharge from an <br /> open loop geothermal system, so it is clean well water that is being discharged. I will reach out <br /> to the DNR to see if this is allowed.
