This includes a second story addition to <br /> that garage structure. <br /> Weather rot rendered our original deck unsafe, making it a necessity to replace it. Since <br /> this is so, we have added to our plans a screen porch to the North side of the cabin over the <br /> concrete deck replacement. All changes are marked in red on the enclosed documents. <br /> We have also included a copy of the soil and site evaluation done by M& K Septic and <br /> Excavation out of Spooner, WI. This evaluation was requested by Jim Flanagan before a permit <br /> could be issued. <br /> According to our understanding, we have now complied with all known requests of the <br /> Burnett County Zoning Administration. According to practice, we request that our permit(s)be <br /> issued in order to complete the work indicated during this summer and fall season of 1998. <br /> If there are any further questions and/or problems, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br /> Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
