A tarp type shed/garage has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property without land use permits from the county zoning office. As <br /> required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use permit is required for any structure <br /> over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by February 1, 2024 we can reduce it to <br /> 2 times the fee. The regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact <br /> permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
