It would appear that a storage structure has been <br /> constructed/placed and a structure was added onto on this property without land use permits <br /> from the county zoning office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a land use <br /> permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since these were constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal <br /> fee for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by March 31, 2023 we can reduce it <br /> to 2 times the fee. <br /> These structures will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate <br /> for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00 for each individual structure. Enclosed is a <br /> land use permit application.
