It would appear that a storage unit structure has <br /> been added onto on this property without a land use permits from the county zoning office, as <br /> required under section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since these were constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal <br /> fee for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by April 28, 2023 we can reduce it to <br /> 2 times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 <br /> times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application. Please <br /> fill it out and return to our office along with sketch and payment. <br /> It should also be noted that a new conditional use permit is needed to expand upon a storage <br /> unit facility.
