It would appear that a storage structure was placed/constructed on <br /> this property without a land use permit from the county zoning office, as required under <br /> Section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by April 15, 2023 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 <br /> times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application. Please <br /> fill it out and return to our office along with a sketch and payment. <br /> It should also be noted that your neighbor at 24893 Gile Rd has placed a shed over the property <br /> line.
