Per the Licensing Requirements on page 2 of the application this license must be renewed annually if <br /> you plan to continue renting. <br /> 1. The license must be renewed annually. <br /> j. The annual county license shall commence on February Ist and expire on January 31st.A new license shall <br /> be obtained with any change of ownership, and shall be obtainedprior to operation by the new owner. Licenses not <br /> renewed by March 1st will be charged up to three times the fee as the late fee. <br /> This requires you to obtain a county license number by filling out the attached Short-Term Rental License Application <br /> and turning it in to Burnett County Land Services. When submitting the STR application, please include a copy of your <br /> state license and rental guidelines. <br /> I have included our most recent Short-Term Rental License Application. Please submit this to the Burnett County Land <br /> Services office by 6/15/2025 with a payment of$300 along with copies of your rental guidelines and state license. <br /> We also have an incomplete Short-Term Rental Application from 2023 along with your check (check# 1280)for$300.00. <br /> The technician completed a site visit on 3-15-2023 and needed more information from you in order to complete the <br /> application. Please send us a picture of your placard near the main entrance door and then we process your STR <br /> application and check for 2023. <br /> If you have any questions please contact our office.
