Per the Licensing Requirements on page 2 of the application this license must be renewed annually if you <br /> plan to continue renting. <br /> Under Section 30-455 of the Burnett County Code of Ordinances "Any person who maintains,manages,or operates a short- <br /> term rental,as defined in Wis.Stats. 66.0615(1)(dk),for more than ten nights each year shall obtain a Short-Term Rental License <br /> from the county." This requires you to obtain a county license number, by filling out the attached Short-Term Rental <br /> License Application and turning it in to Burnett County Land Services. <br /> I have attached our most recent Short-Term Rental License Application. Please submit this to the Burnett County Land <br /> Services office by 6/15/2025 with a payment of$300, copy of your rental guidelines and copy of your state license. <br /> The $300 will renew your license for 2025. It will then expire 1/31/2026. <br /> c. State license, as defined in State Statute 97.01(15k),shall be obtained and presented to the Land Services <br /> Department prior to obtaining county license.
