S. Department of Agriculture on a non- <br /> navigable stream in the southern half of the southeast quarter of section <br /> 29, township 37 north, range 18 west, in Burnett County. The plans <br /> (drawing No. W1-1-371, dated June 1972) , have been found to be acceptable <br /> for a structure holding a head of 6 feet and a permanent pool less than <br /> 2.36 acres, and are hereby, approved in accordance with Chapter 31, Statutes, <br /> provided the upstream portion of the dam is constructed of silt and/or clay <br /> soils. <br /> Section 31.12(4) , Statutes, requires that a verified statement be filed <br /> with the Department within ten days after completion of the dam, stating <br /> that it was constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> approved by the Department. <br /> STATE OF WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br /> For the Secretary <br /> By <br /> Thomas A.
