We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. <br /> Violations of these house rules may result in a fine or immediate eviction. <br /> 1.All guests must review and agree to abide by our rental agreement. <br /> %/2. Parking is limited to the driveway area only. Vehicles may not be parked on the <br /> road. Parking to the west of the front door is expressly prohibited & may <br /> cause damage to the septic system. Violation of this rule will result in a fee for <br /> septic system repair. <br /> 3. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke, you must do so outside at least 10 <br /> feet from the cabin & properly put out & dispose of the cigarette outside. <br /> Failure to abide by this rule will result in a$1000 minimum cleaning fee. <br /> 4.Please respect quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am for our neighbors. Noise reports will <br /> res It in a minimum$1000 fine. <br /> 5.Onlyo6 guests are allowed at the cottage. Only guests who are on the booking are <br /> allowed at the cottage. Please reach out to us to update your resernvon after <br /> booking if needed to increase your guest count up to a maximum o <br /> 6.NO PARTIES. If you host a party,you will pay a minimum $1000 fine. <br /> 7.No events without prior written approval from hosts. <br /> 8. Package delivery not permitted. Owners accept no responsibility for lost or <br /> stolen packages. <br /> 9. No use of firearms, fireworks, or illegal substances on the property. Violation <br /> of this rule will result in immediate eviction& a minimum$1000 fine. <br /> 10.Outdoor campfires are permitted only in the provided fire ring. <br /> 11.No food, grease, or coffee grounds should be put down the kitchen drain as this <br /> may clog the plumbing. Please dispose of these properly in the garbage. <br /> Violation of this rule will result in a fee for plumbing service. <br /> 12.Flush only toilet paper and natural waste in the toilet. Do not flush any sanitary <br /> items, wipes, paper towels, Kleenex (even flushable items). This may back up <br /> our septic system. Violation of this rule will result in a fee for septic system <br /> service. <br /> 13. Eagle Crest Cottage is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or <br /> valuables of the Guest.
