It would appear that an accessory type structure has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property sometime between 2018 and 2020 without a Land Use <br /> Permit from the county zoning office. As required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances, a <br /> Land Use Permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by May 15, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a Land Use Permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for <br /> 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application. <br /> Please fill it out and return to our office along with a sketch and payment. <br /> Additionally a site address will be needed for this parcel, that application is included as well. <br /> Please complete that application and return with the appropriate fee. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department, office hours are Monday <br /> through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Jason Towne <br /> Burnett County Zoning Administrator <br /> Jane Lowell, left a message on 5/6/2025 @ 9:23 am, 704-491-4923.
