It would appear that an accessory type structure has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property sometime between 2018 and 2020 without a Land Use <br /> Permit from the county zoning office. As required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances, a <br /> Land Use Permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by May 15, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a Land Use Permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for <br /> 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00.
