We are pleased to inform you that AT&T Mobility has <br /> plans to upgrade most of its sites in the county and have budgeted for numerous new sites. <br /> This letter primarily deals with a site that we call WA3304 Yellow Lake(W 14930). This is <br /> new site that we plan on collocating on a tower that is proposed to be built by Central States <br /> Tower. <br /> The Yellow Lake site search area is in the middle of Burnett County where there is very little <br /> current coverage. The height of the tower and location of the site were chosen to effectively <br /> tie into our sites located at Owl Lake, Siren and Danbury. As shown on the Yellow Lake <br /> site and Burnett County future coverage propagation maps this site will bring coverage to a <br /> great deal of the middle of Burnett County. <br /> Our lease agreement with Central States Towers allows them to collocate other wireless <br /> carriers and transmitters on the towers as long as they don't interfere with our <br /> communication equipment. <br /> It is our intention that we would start the installation of our antennas within 60 days of the <br /> tower being erected, and the site being on the air within 60 days after the installation is <br /> started. <br /> Currently AT&T has deployed 2.5 generation GSM equipment and plans on installing that <br /> same equipment in all of our new builds for 2009 in Burnett County. This service allows for <br /> both voice communications through traditional cell phones, and data communications <br /> through wireless connected computers and PDA's such as blackberry's and i-Phones. In the <br /> 2—5 year time frame we will be adding 3rd generation UMTS equipment to the sites in and <br /> around Burnett County. This UMTS equipment will greatly increase the speed and abilities <br /> of wireless connected computers and the before mention PDA's. AT&T has current <br /> installations this UMTS equipment in the Minneapolis, Green Bay, and Milwaukee areas. <br /> WVmm smomor of the us.Olympic iezm <br />
